DRC - ICRC 2009
Orphaned and lost children spontaneously dance and sing in the rain at the Center Covedec in Goma, North Kivu province, Democratic Republic of the Congo on Jan. 26, 2009. Pastor Patrick Sengoza runs the place with help from the International Committee of the Red Cross, ICRC. At the height of the conflict 194 children were housed and it currently holds 128.
